Shop policies / terms and conditions. Expect orders to ship within 3-5 days of ordering, but be aware that this may take up to 7 days. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and without tracking. Interational (non-UK) orders should arrive within 3-7 days of being shipped via Royal Mail International Standard. Domestic (UK) orders should arrive within 3-5 days of being shipped via Royal Mail Second Class. Refunds/returns are not accepted on any custom-made items. Refunds/returns without a reason are only accepted within the EU, within 14 days of the order's arrival. If your item is damaged or broken, please contact us so we can arrange a refund or other solution (such as sending a replacement item).
